The 2025-2026 Agri-Business trade show season kicks off soon.
We’ll be at various tradeshows around the United States beginning in July 2025. Here’s our current schedule.
The Heartland Tank Companies experts will hit the trade show circuit starting this July at the Southwestern Fertilizer Conference in Nashville. You can learn more about our agricultural tank liners, liquid fertilizer storage tanks, and API 653 inspections at agri-business conferences and trade shows through this fall and winter.
State, regional, and national agri-business organizations will open their doors soon for education and to display all of the new products that can be used for agriculture from seeds to fertilizer applicators to above ground storage tanks and agricultural tank liners. The types of shows range from state to regional to national in scope. Each conference and show mixes business with pleasure by offering speakers and workshops to assist attendees in staying on top of this rapidly changing industry as well as social receptions, entertainment, and outings to ensure fun is had by all.
Some of the dates are still being finalized, but we want to get them on our customers’ radar as soon as possible. This page will be updated frequently as shows are booked and booth numbers become available.
The season kicks off in July with the Southwestern Fertilizer Conference, held in Nashville, and wraps in February at the Iowa Agribusiness Showcase and Conference in Des Moines. Heartland Tank Services will be in attendance at the shows listed on this page to inform attendees of the benefits of our one-stop-shop for API 650 above ground storage tanks, internal flexible PVC agricultural tank liners, API 653 tank inspections, and tank repairs.
Mid to Late 2025 Agri-Business Trade Shows
Heartland Tank Services’ trade show and conference season has a soft beginning in July at the Southwestern Fertilizer Conference, July 13-17. Appointments are available for July 14-17 to meet with our experts in tank erection, liners, and inspections. You can book yours anytime online.
We’ll see you outdoors in August in Bloomington, Illinois, for MAGIE, which brings together the best companies and employees in the crop production supply and service sector. MAGIE is scheduled for August 20 & 21. And just in case it rains, we’ll have you covered with our FREE Heartland Tank Services rain ponchos, available at our booths.
The agricultural conference season gears up in November with the Oklahoma Ag Show in Norman, followed by the Kansas Agri-Business Expo in Wichita in November. December shifts the schedule into a higher gear as it brings us the Agricultural Retailers Association (ARA) Conference as well as the Minnesota Crop Production Retailers show.

2026 kicks off with the Michigan Agri-Business Association Winter Conference & Trade Show, running January 13-14. January will also bring a number of other shows for regional agriculture groups: the Wisconsin Crop Management Conference and Showcase, the South Dakota Agri-Business Association Expo , the Texas Ag Industries Association Annual Conference, the Illinois Fertilizer & Chemical Association Expo, and the Nebraska Agri-Business Expo. Details for all these shows will be shared as they become available.
The agricultural conference and trade show season is rounded out by the Iowa Agribusiness Showcase & Conference , and the TFI Fertilizer Annual Business Conference. Details for these shows will be released soon as well.
