Chris Brooks, President and Founder of Heartland Tank Services, Inc., leads Heartland Tank Services’ Sales, Internal Liner, and Inspection teams, providing superior leadership and knowledge from his 35 years of experience in the tank industry. During his career, Chris has become proficient in the design and erection of API 650 storage tanks as well as their maintenance. Chris was instrumental in use of bladder systems in many midwest states as an alternative containment method.
